Hmm. I'd love to pretend that giant block of empty space at the beginning of my blog was intended to have symbolic value, but really, i just can't figure out how to get rid of it.

IT's becuase the title of your post with elipses was too long. Put a space between the elipses and the words, and it will automatically move down, and then the spacing will be fixed.
